- Reporting to the _Materials Manager_,_ Buyer role will be coordinating activities involved with procuring direct materials, components and equipment._
- Responsibilities:
- Maintaining relations with the suppliers.
- Placing orders for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to the requirements of the production.
- Receiving and handling the confirmations.
- Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List.
- Tracking shipments, urging them if needed.
