Purpose
As part of the ENMAX Supply Chain Team, the Buyer will tangibly impact current work and future projects by managing sourcing events, category management, and supplier performance mainly for IT categories and secondarily for other Corporate categories.
Major Responsibilities
- Collaboratively develop and issue competitive sourcing documents; lead processes to source a variety of goods and services in accordance with ENMAX policy, standards and procedures.
- Lead negotiations for price, delivery, commercial terms and conditions with suppliers in conjunction with Business Units.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage contractual agreements that mitigate ENMAX’s risk and liabilities.
