Excellent fluent English (verbal and written).
Conversational in an additional languages is mandatory such as ( German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic ).
Professional butler or luxury service certification such as The International Butler Academy) is required.
Strong emotional intelligence is required with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.
