Guest Arrival and Personalised Service
Welcome guests warmly and provide a seamless arrival experience. Escort guests to their accommodation and introduce room features, resort facilities and available services. Build rapport with guests and understand their individual preferences to personalise their stay. Maintain detailed knowledge of guest profiles, preferences and special occasions.
Butler Services
Coordinate all aspects of the guest stay, acting as the primary point of contact for requests and personalised services. Arrange unpacking and packing services where requested. Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, spa appointments, activities and special experiences. Deliver amenities, gifts and personalised welcome arrangements. Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer thoughtful recommendations and assistance. Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly, accurately and discreetly.
