Business Analyst – Implementation Team
The role is to bridge the gap between complex insurance business needs across Life, General, and Health lines and the technical configuration of the INSIS platform.
The Business Analyst translates client processes into high-quality user stories and configured solutions, ensuring the platform's standard capabilities are maximized.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and map client business processes to system modules, including Product Configuration, Quoting/Issuing, Policy Administration, Billing & collections, and Claims.
Lead requirements workshops and write clear, testable user stories for configuration, customization, and other deliverables.
Perform hands-on configuration in INSIS to define products, coverages, and business logic.
Act as subject matter expert on core INSIS functionalities and insurance concepts.
Collaborate with development teams on development specifications and support QA testing activities.
