Business Unit Support Manager (Tijuana)

• Ensure the satisfaction level required by the customers through the support and communication of the goals achievements / performance.
• Focal and main point of contact with the Program Management team to attend customer's escalations and requirements based on the performance of the business unit.
• Consolidates and performs a detailed analysis of the main performance indicators of the business unit and the actions implemented to improve them.
• Responsible for generating improvement actions for the business unit based on the detailed analysis of functional results.
• Focal Point with the Configuration and Program Management teams for the operational implementation of HOVs and PCRs.
• Accountable to work with the Supply Chain teams to achieve cost reduction in the bill of materials of the Business Unit products.
