- Ensure that all associates and members of the unit respect our processes, keeping all customers satisfied.
- Control production.
- Daily reports on production standards.
- Responsible for the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Participate in Cost Reduction programs
- Zero accidents
- Maintain quality PPMs
- Comply with shipments on time
- Achieve productivity and always seek to exceed it
- Reduce downtime
- Continuous improvement
- Cost reduction
**Additional Position Information/Details & Education and Experienc**
- Industrial, Electronical or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Focused on meeting objectives
- Team Working Skills
- Working Under Pression
- Basic Tooling Knowledge
- Computer skills
- PFMA’S, 8D’s, Six Sigma Green Belt
