**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for ensuring a flawless production ramp-up that meets customer requirements regarding delivery schedule and quality, while having all systems in place for production control.Additionally, comply with and enforce the code of ethics.Respect and adhere to the Quality Policy, Health and Safety standards, and the Quality Management System.
**Roles and Responsibilities**- Lead the management team to ensure shareholder business plan and customer contract will be fulfilled.
