About the Role

RedTorch Communications is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Business Unit Director (BUD) to lead our Brand Communications unit.

Acting as a core strategic partner to the Managing Director, the BUD holds end-to-end operational and financial accountability for the unit. This executive leadership role spearheads high-level client servicing, drives business development through strategic pitching, and oversees integrated campaign execution across Digital PR, Brand Communications, Influencer Marketing, and Creative Seeding —while mentoring team leads and fostering a high-performance agency culture.
