Hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in‑person presence, which may include time in the office or market‑facing engagements.

What you will do

• Coordinate with business owners to gather requirements through interviews and sessions for projects and enhancements.
• Monitor decisions and manage documentation.
• Analyze requirements to assess systems’ potential and impacts on other units.
• Provide input to development efforts.
• Create process models to evaluate the completeness of information and processes.
• Provide cost/benefit analysis, risk assessments, and scope definitions for proposed requirements.
• Guide users in building business cases and perform impact analysis.
