has deep knowledge of a wide variety of business concepts, practices, and procedures as they relate to IT and general insurance operations. They rely on their expertise, experience, and judgment to plan and achieve goals, and to do a variety of tasks. The Business & Systems Consultant conducts needs analysis, writes requirements/user stories, collaborates with others, and supports the team to increase productivity and reduce costs.
