Description
This role bridges business, Data & Analytics, and IT teams by gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing, and ensuring analytics solutions meet business needs. It also plays a key role in data governance, operational support, and continuous improvement to strengthen quality, traceability, and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and system requirements for Data & Analytics initiatives.
- Create System Requirements Documents, wireframes, SOPs, process flows, governance trackers, test cases, UAT documentation, and supporting artefacts.
- Support JIRA ticket triage, including request review, clarification, categorization, prioritization, assignment, follow‑up, and status tracking.
