Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in delivering optimized ERP solutions across Order-to-Cash, Finance, and Supply Chain functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering, process improvement, system configuration, testing, and ongoing production support across enterprise ERP platforms (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/Business Central, or similar systems).
This role partners closely with business users, process owners, and IT teams to drive system enhancements, support business transformations, and ensure ERP solutions align with operational goals.
