Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst (Automation & Process Improvement) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve sales operations and business processes. The role manages low-code platforms, system architecture, ticketing systems, and workflow automation while collaborating with stakeholders to identify process improvements. It also ensures system reliability, governance, and documentation, leveraging basic programming and database skills to enhance platform capabilities and support future scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow automation using Google AppSheet, Smartsheet, and related low-code platforms.
• Manage system architecture, code repositories, governance, and ensure high system availability (SLA).
