Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for someone who will report to IT leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end supply chain, logistics, transportation, and distribution processes. This includes partnering with Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, IT, application support teams, and implementation partners to analyze business needs, document requirements, improve processes, support system enhancements, and provide operational reporting and insights. The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, analytical skills, and experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI, and transportation systems in a fast‑paced environment.
