Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst / QA (Data & Automation) with deep expertise in data analysis, QA automation, and the US retirement domain. This role is critical in driving data migration, validation, and AI-powered QA initiatives, supporting transitions such as Informatica to Databricks within a modern data platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Systems Analysis
- Lead end-to-end analysis from requirements gathering through delivery.
- Translate business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and review sessions to validate and gain approval of requirements.
- Research, document, and analyze workflow processes and system issues.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization initiatives.
