Business Systems Analyst – Oshawa
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in Oshawa at Mackie Group.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and defining business processes and writing process specifications.
- Project Management – Setting Action Plans, Teamwork & Collaboration, Results-Driven, Customer Focus, Management of Project Costs and Timelines
- Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues within databases, and other mission-critical systems.
- Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
- Prioritize, schedule, and administer all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required.
