Role Summary:
The Business Systems/Operation Analyst will use your knowledge of business objectives, processes, products, technology, and quality concepts to:
Partner with business and technology areas to ensure the delivery of quality solutions that meet the needs of the business in a production support capacityMaintain and govern planning and reporting systems using Oracle suite of applications (EPM Cloud, SmartView Ad hoc query).Provide business application support in a production environment to meet Service Level Agreements.What will you do:
