Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Systems Analyst - Chatbot Implementation. This position involves supporting a cutting‑edge chatbot project within the Capital Markets domain, working closely with FX traders and pricing systems to enhance user engagement and process automation.

Pay rate range (CAD): $60.00/hr – $65.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Engage with FX traders and Capital Markets stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements
• Translate business needs into chatbot workflows and feature specifications
• Manage user stories and track progress using JIRA
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, covering chatbot behaviors and system integration points
