Business Systems Analyst (35178)

Our confidential banking client, in Toronto, is seeking a technically strong Business Systems Analyst who can independently create business and technical user stories while partnering closely with Technical Leads and development teams.

This HYBRID role is a hands-on techno-functional role requiring strong technical analysis capabilities and the ability to work with APIs, integrations, data mappings, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Draft detailed technical user stories for APIs, ETL pipelines, event-driven consumers, and data transformation processes
• Create and maintain data mappings and requirements traceability
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders
