Business System Analyst Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)

Role Overview: The BA Manager is responsible for leading and governing the Business Analysis practice across a technology regulatory portfolio, ensuring high-quality requirements and aligned execution. This role owns the BA Centre of Excellence (COE) and combines deep BA expertise with people leadership and portfolio-level oversight. This is a management and governance position, not a hands‑on delivery role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BA Leads and BA Consultants, providing guidance on analysis, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
