Business System Analyst (L3 support)

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business System Analyst (L3 support) located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this role involves providing technical assistance (Manufacturing system, Hardware, Software), identifying, evaluating, and developing cost‑effective procedures that meet business requirements. It includes creating specifications and translating functions to be automated, and complete systems design in detail.

• Analysis, monitoring, and resolution of internal requirements; quality tickets, processes, system configurations, implementation, and integration (applications or system improvements).
