Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business System Analyst - AI Project. This position involves working closely with trading and pricing systems to support the development and enhancement of chatbot functionalities tailored for capital markets operations, specifically within foreign exchange workflows. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative AI-driven projects in a dynamic financial services environment.
Pay rate range (CAD): $60.00/hr – $65.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with FX traders and capital markets stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design and translate requirements into chatbot workflows and feature specifications.
- Manage user stories and sprint progress using JIRA to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, including chatbot behaviors and system integration points.
