(A)JOB SUMMARY The Business Support Executive will assist multiple teams in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of enterprise software solutions. This role is ideal for sharp, tech-savvy individuals with a keen interest in enterprise software, business process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration — who are comfortable using AI tools and can hit the ground running. (B)JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY Software Implementation & Configuration: Assist in the implementation and configuration of various enterprise tools and software. Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation. Conduct system testing (UAT) to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues. Coordinate with software vendors for technical support, issue resolution, and module setup.
