Business Solutions Manager for Audio Visual Products/Solutions

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: You'll be responsible for developing the overall vision and strategic plan for the company's products and services. This includes identifying market needs, creating new product ideas and pricing models, and ensuring all plans support the company’s sales and growth goals.

• Product Development: You'll translate market insights into well-defined service packages, including all technical and commercial details like scope of work, service-level agreements (SLAs), and delivery methods. A crucial part of this is evaluating new technologies and making recommendations to keep the offerings competitive.
