Business Solution Engineer

The IT Business Solutions Engineer is a hands-on functional and technical role responsible for the analysis, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise business systems. Working closely with the IT Business Solutions Sr. Manager, this role bridges business requirements and technology by implementing and optimizing solutions across ERP, SFA, CRM, and inventory management platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and optimize business applications including ERP, SFA (SalesBuzz), CRM, and Inventory Management systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document results, and coordinate issue resolution.
