Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, client-focused, and results-driven Business Setup Manager to guide entrepreneurs and investors through the process of establishing and growing their businesses in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, providing expert consultation on company formation options, and managing the client journey from initial inquiry through successful company incorporation. This role requires strong consultative sales skills, in-depth knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company formation, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
