Reporting to the Chief Customer & Brand Officer, this role is responsible for business and risk management across Customer & Brand. You’ll help drive strategy, planning, reporting, budget oversight and cross-functional initiatives, while also leading line 1 risk activity and supporting innovation coordination. It’s a broad, high-impact role for someone who loves bringing structure to complexity and influencing outcomes at a senior level.
In this role you will
- Drive strategy and planning across the Customer & Brand function
- Lead executive and board reporting and business governance rhythms
- Manage budgeting, performance tracking and business planning activity
- Oversee line 1 risk management, controls and regulatory obligations
