The role involves deep engagement with clients to understand their business models, structure appropriate WC solutions, and ensure timely renewals and enhancements of credit limits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with promoters and key decision-makers, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and driving cross-sell opportunities. The role also includes monitoring utilization patterns, ensuring timely submission of documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
