Job DESCRIPTION

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to actively participate in the deployment, support and adoption of our business transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Business Transformation Team leader.

Responsibilities

• Drive business readiness and user adoption across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technology teams.
• Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Facilitate workshops, business reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions to support project delivery and adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
