What you’ll do

Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events for both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs. You will provide consultant level expertise to support the outcome‑based goals of our cloud customers.

Please note that this position does not include a relocation package.

What you bring

• Associate Certification in at least one of the employee talent modules (PM/GM, CMP, VRP, SCM & CDP).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors PM/GM, CMP, VRP, or SCM & CDP modules.
• Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non‑technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.
