Fragomen is looking for a Business Process Specialist to join our Corporate Development team. This role is based in one of the available APAC Fragomen offices and would be supporting the business globally.
Process Mapping & DocumentationSupport the documentation of as‑is and to‑be processes using MS Visio or process modelling tools such as Signavio, Celonis, or ARIS. Maintain process documentation in line with agreed BPMN standards and operating model guidelines.
Process Analysis and SupportAssist with collecting, validating, and analysing process and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Support senior team members in preparing analysis outputs, insights, and recommendations.
