As Business Process Specialist, you will provide governance and support in implementing and improving business process frameworks through data analysis and coordination with Distribution Utilities. You will lead the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance and operational excellence. You will oversee the integration of quality, safety, environmental, and asset management standards across operations.
