:The opportunity:
As a Business Process Specialist, you will be part of Indian Operation Center, India (INOPC-PG), aiming to develop a global value chain, where key business activities, resources and expertise are shared across geographic boundaries to optimize value for HE customers across markets. It provides high quality engineering and commissioning support to Business Units and Center of Excellence across the Hitachi Energy world. This is an important step from HE's Global Footprint strategy.
How you’ll make an impact:
Create business process maps in Adonis following the best practices and company guidelines.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, flowcharts, and work instructions.
Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficacies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
