The Business Process Manager is responsible for defining, harmonizing, and governing end‑to‑end business processes related to the integration of a global eCommerce platform with multiple ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Solution Alignment

• Translate business requirements into process and data models
• Collaborate with integration and technical teams to ensure proper implementation
• Validate integration flows, including:
  • Orders, payments, invoicing
  • Product, pricing, and promotions
  • Inventory and availability
  • Customer and master data
  • Order fulfillment tracking
• Ensure consistency in integration standards and data models
