Business Process Lead - Procurement & Manufacturing

The Business Process Lead, Procurement & Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing and managing Lifecycle Services (LCS) delivery processes related to procurement and manufacturing. The role acts as the process owner for delivery-related aspects of LCS, continuously improving and streamlining processes, and advising on enhancements or change requests from LCS users and external departments. It also serves as a liaison between LCS Delivery Teams, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), and other LCS Delivery Excellence roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and improvement efforts for the current state ecosystem (PERFORM).
• Participate in or lead transformation initiatives for future‑state enhancements and the adoption of new processes or technologies (TRANSFORM), including the identification and implementation of AI‑enabled use cases where applicable.
