Major Responsibilities And Tasks Of The Position

• Provide leadership and subject‑matter expertise in identifying and deploying business process enhancements that enable sustainable growth and seamless expansion across functions.
• Oversee Performance Excellence governance and deployment in the Americas region, ensuring consistent application and adoption of methodologies (DMAIC, DESGN, PQA, Lean) through business partnership and stakeholder engagement.
