What is your role?
You will be responsible for helping to drive the strategic evolution of business processes across Finance and the organization while being part of a dynamic global team focused on Performance Excellence and Quality.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
- Provide leadership and subject‑matter expertise in identifying and deploying business process enhancements that enable sustainable growth and seamless expansion across functions
- Oversee Performance Excellence governance and deployment in the Americas region, ensuring consistent application and adoption of methodologies (DMAIC, DESGN, PQA, Lean) through business partnership and stakeholder engagement
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through individual improvement programs and consistent focus on performance excellence
- Develop the Business Americas Hub by building out a Continuous Improvement team of embedded resources
