Business Process Analyst (Travel & Expense)
Our Team: We are part of the Global Travel & Expense (T&E) team, providing centralized support for business travel, corporate card, expense management, audit, and compliance across Koch companies, joint ventures, and investments. We partner with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and support corporate travelers and cardholders.
What You Will Do- Understand and apply T&E processes and global policies across business units
- Support onboarding of corporate card programs within APAC
- Manage corporate card requests (applications, terminations, credit limit changes) and inquiries
- Coordinate KYC requirements and maintain program governance (authorized officers, administrators)
- Respond to T&E-related queries, including expense submissions, reimbursements, and policy interpretation
- Assist employees with business travel-related inquiries and booking issues
