Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance frameworks aligned with company goals. Analyze structures to identify performance bottlenecks and improvement areas. Support managers in job analysis and KPI development. Audit and align employee objectives with business strategy. Generate dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making. Lead performance review meetings across departments. Train staff on performance tools and data-driven decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, finance, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in performance management or related role. Fluent in English is a must. MBA is preferred. HR/OD background is a plus.
