Business Partner, Issue Communications

The Opportunity

The Business Partner, Issues Communications, collaborates across the organization to manage and communicate key issues initiatives and is responsible for crafting clear and engaging external communications across a wide range of subjects and channels. The role manages communications of sensitive and confidential matters impacting our brand and employees and creates opportunities to drive engagement and connection through earned media and digital platforms.

This role works cross-functionally with all departments including (but not limited to) Executive team, HR, Operations, Legal, Client Experience, Marketing, Client Development, and Stakeholder Engagement to respond to issues that arise in the field or through media and manage communication strategies that support the organization’s business objectives and drive client engagement and connections.
