Our Business Operations Assistant plays critical supporting roles to both operations and Engineering teams on generating daily/monthly operations reporting, assisting our Business Operations Managers (BOM) in managing our CM factory by acting as the first point of contact on operations escalations. Assisting our Engineering on requirements and coordination through MPAs factory, support in all SAP administrative work and documentations.
What a Business Operations Assistant Does In HP
- Perform production inventory counting and adjustment (physical to system) in SAP.
- Gather data and run transactions in SAP to support demand and supply activities.
- Monitor material usage reports of Manufacturing Partner.
- Identifies and resolve supply chain disconnect that affects production flow.
