Role At A GlancePaystand is seeking a Business Operations Analyst, AI Enablement & Payments Strategy to build and strengthen the operational intelligence layer behind our payments business.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, payments analytics, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tooling, helping improve how we monitor performance, generate insights, and support decision‐making.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards that track key payment and operating KPIs, including margin, success rates, vendor costs, latency, volume, routing performance, and exceptions.Analyze payment and operational data to identify performance issues, cost inefficiencies, vendor underperformance, and margin improvement opportunities.Develop reporting frameworks and models that help leadership understand payment economics, pricing implications, operational risk, and overall business performance.Partner with Data Engineering, Product, Finance, and Payments stakeholders to i...
