MM Plastics is looking for a Business Manager to lead our Victorian operation spanning sales, customer service, manufacturing and warehousing, with full P&L responsibility.

With the business moving into a new purpose-built facility, you'll play a key role in shaping what comes next.

Around half of the business involves value-add manufacturing, including CNC machining and fabrication. This isn't a typical distribution business. You'll need to understand how products move through a manufacturing environment while also driving commercial outcomes and developing the sales team.
