OverviewThe BI Analyst is responsible for supporting the team to build, update and optimize our business intelligence reports and solve for a variety of shared services and consulting practice requirements.Create and update business intelligence reports, gain a detailed understanding of various data models for internal business units (finance, strategy, talent etc.), work with multiple data sources emerging from a cloud platform, and contribute to an enterprise data catalog.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEvaluate business requirements and identify areas for improvement.Ensure that reporting solutions meet business requirements.Suggest the data visualization team in building required KPI's and visualization.Ability to create excel or power bi reports as needed.Respond to requests for new report requirements of varying scope and complexity.Make modifications to existing reports to accommodate new measures, facts, or dimensions, and with appropriate measures and calculations.Connect to mul...
