Working closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical delivery , ensuring the development of impactful, user-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis
- Develop solution design documents, user stories, wireframes, and process flows
- Analyse current processes and contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer experience
- Define and maintain business rules and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, credit, and engineering
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of solutions
- Contribute to Agile processes including backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Maintain clear, structured documentation and knowledge bases
