What you will do
- Proactively engage in the development of business strategies within local geography / functional scope; consider these insights as input to talent strategy development and workforce planning:
- Provide local input to functional talent strategies to enable functional business strategies and accountable to adapt and execute in local geography
- Provide local input to functional strategic workforce planning (SWP) in-line with Corporate SWP process and tools;
- Own key parts of the talent priority work plans, develops and deploys change management, organization and process design expertise
