RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as POC of all HR-related policies and initiatives to address employee inquiries

Drives compliance on employee discipline, policies and regulations

Manages the Administrative Case Management Process: Complex and High-level cases

Prepares and sends notices related to Employee Discipline

Prepares reports and updates (attrition, case summary and engagement)

Conducts monthly business review with Department Leaders

Partners with Department Leaders for skip level sessions

Conducts employee 1 on 1 sessions

Works with Department Leaders in developing department-specific programs

Ensures that the Employee Engagement calendar is deployed as planned (proposal, communication, execution and liquidation)

Maintains track record for all employee engagement activities

Ensure that expenses are within approved budget
