Business Enabling Key User

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Enabling Key User. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support specific teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance, etc.) in their daily activities by providing practical instructions and assistance through a support mailbox.
• Deliver training courses in Dutch and French, with supporting materials in English, and help Team Leaders prepare coaching sessions.
• Assist teams in difficult business cases and identify opportunities for improvement across different teams.
• Listen to business domains, capture and challenge requests for changes, formalize them in RFCs or project proposals, document requirements, contribute to prioritization, collaborate with business/functio...
