Summary

The Business Development Support Specialist provides operational, commercial, and technical support to the Lux Group Business Development organization. The role supports the BD Director in managing the prelaminates portfolio for both external and intra‑group customers, ensuring accurate coordination and consistent communication across teams, sites, and business units. Based at the HID Kulai production site, the role ensures efficient coordination between Malaysia, Granges, and Lanškroun, facilitating strong communication with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Quality. The position strengthens customer engagement, ensures documentation and cost accuracy, contributes to cost‑down initiatives, and reinforces cross‑functional alignment.
